Intone Fitness Centre, Alsager

Intone Fitness Centre provides the people of Alsager and the surrounding area with the opportunity to get fit, stay fit, recover from injury, lose or gain weight in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Customers have access to a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance machines, free weights, punch bag and speedball, Tone & Trim, Aerobic Cycling and Circuit Training classes.

Other facilities include male and female showering and changing facilities each with their own Sauna. Table Tennis and a recently re-tubed Sunbed.

Tea, coffee & chocolate drinks can be enjoyed in the pleasant lounge area. Cold fruit drinks and water are also available.

A crèche is provided on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for members who wish to join the Aerobics or Spinning classes or work out in the gym.

There are no joining fees and no charge is made for inductions. We impose no contracts which leaves you in control of your membership. Fully qualified staff can provide fitness programmes for all members.

Full members have access to the Swimming Pool at the nearby Manor House Hotel (for a nominal charge of £2.50 per visit).
